「積金易」網上簡介會 (21 Jul 2026)
環保工程商會會員：
積金易平台（eMPF）自於 2024 年中開始分階段運作，至今已涵蓋所有強積金計劃。很多公司的人事部人員每天在該平台上操作時都遇上不少問題和阻滯，怨聲不絕，至今未見暢順解決。
有鑒及此，本會已接觸積金局管理層，並安排在7月21日為本會會員舉辦一場「積金易」網上簡介會，由積金局和積金易平台的有關負責人員解答和處理問題。

2026年第四季 第二十四屆香港職業安全健康大獎分享會暨頒獎典禮
🏆獎項類別：
1. 安全管理制度大獎 – 表揚機構在其行業內能有效地實施安全管理制度，以達致優良的職安健表現。
-大獎特設「5S工作場所整理最佳實踐獎」
-大獎「建造業組」特設「工地安全早會最佳實踐獎」
2. 安全表現大獎 – 表揚機構在所屬行業有突出的職安健表現，而參賽機構必須於過往三年擁有良好的安全紀錄。
-大獎特設「安全表現新晉獎」
3. 職安健改善項目大獎 – 表揚機構在發展獨特的職安健改善項目，以減少有關安全及健康風險，並提高其職安健水平及增加生產力。
-大獎特設「職安健智能創新大獎」（新增）
4. 職安健宣傳推廣大獎 – 表揚機構為提高其職安健水平而舉辦的宣傳推廣活動，並有卓越的成績，而參賽的活動必須是在過往一年内舉行。參賽機構必須突顯其舉辦活動的構思和安排，包括推廣主題的選擇、目標、採用的形式、籌備及資源分配、應用創新科技或創新宣傳方式；以及活動的評估方式及成效。
5. 職業復康大獎 – 表揚機構致力減少工傷意外和職業病的發生，並推行全面的職業復康計劃，使因工受傷的人士可早日康復，並在安全的情況下重返工作。
6. 職安健報告大獎 – 表揚機構在公司報告、年報、可持續發展報告、環境、社會及管治報告(ESG 報告)或其他形式的報告內能適當地發佈相關職安健表現及社區發展資訊，使股東、持分者、僱員及其他關注其職安健表現和社區發展活動的人士，得以了解該機構的最新發展。
7. 工作安全行為大獎 – 表揚機構致力持續改善員工的工作安全行為以鞏固員工的安全態度及強化其安全意識。其中包括實踐「指差呼稱」，確保相關工序「做完、做啱、做好」，以強化及鞏固員工在高風險的工作安全態度及持續改善安全表現。參賽機構必須展示如何有系統地進行工作安全行為推廣包括計劃、組織、訂定目標、觀察、改善及檢討。
-大獎特設「指差呼稱最佳實踐獎」
8. 安全文化大獎 – 鼓勵機構或承建商透過建立安全文化，並融入「零傷亡願景」的重要元素，以加強安全管理。
-大獎特設「工作安全氣候指數調查最佳實踐獎」
9. 預防工作時中暑最佳實踐大獎 – 表揚機構能有效地實施預防中暑計劃，加強機構員工在酷熱環境下的工作安全及健康措施。
10. 同心．同行職安健大獎（新增） – 表揚得獎機構多年來，積極參與「香港職安健大獎」，並屢獲佳績。

環境保護署將於2026年6月6日在新界東北堆填區擴建部分展開營運測試。在測試期間，我們計劃將每天原先運往新界東北堆填區的建築廢物分流到堆填區擴建部分處置。擴建部分在測試期間只會接收建築廢物，不會接收都市固體廢物。茲附上相關信函以供 貴會/公司參考。

The Labour Department (LD) has updated publications on the captioned subject. The revised “Code of Practice in Times of Adverse Weather and ‘Extreme Conditions’” (CoP) sets out the relevant guidelines in a reader-friendly and concise manner, reiterating the three major principles for formulating work arrangements under adverse weather and “extreme conditions” (including formulating work arrangements in advance, giving prime consideration to employees’ safety, and complying with requirements of labour legislation), and incorporating corporate examples for reference. Support “Smoke-free Sportswear Day 2026”
The World Health Organization (WHO) designates 31 May of each year as the World No Tobacco Day (WNTD). Smoke-free Publicity Progamme for WNTD is launched by Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health (COSH) annually to urge the public to promote the smoke-free messages and encourage more smokers around the world to quit smoking.
“Smoke-free Sportswear Day 2026” on 31 May will be organized by COSH for soliciting public support by wearing sportswear and doing exercises, in order to encourage smokers to kick the habit, create a smoke-free social environment and move towards a tobacco-free Hong Kong.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
The Labour Department (LD) launched the revised "Guidance Notes on Safe Use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms" (GNs) today to call on duty holders of workplaces to enhance safety measures in preventing accidents.
- In response to accidents involving mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) at various workplaces in recent years, the LD has revised and renamed the original “Guidance Notes on Safe Use of Power-operated Elevating Work Platforms”, incorporating common causes of the accidents and preventative measures. Major revisions include:
- further specifying training requirements for operators, including both theoretical and practical training. After the completion of the training, operators should duly pass appropriate assessments to become competent operators; and
- adding new operational requirements:
- installation of effective secondary guarding devices to eliminate the risk of workers being trapped by overhead or adjacent structures or obstacles;
- conducting regular non-destructive tests on critical load-bearing components to ensure load-bearing structures and supporting structures of MEWPs are in good condition; as well as
- formulating emergency rescue plans to respond to emergency situations so as to reduce injuries and fatalities.
- A grace period is provided for the new requirements of operator training and installation of secondary guarding devices until 31 December 2026 (i.e. taking effect on 1 January 2027). The industry must seize the time to make sufficient preparation before the grace period expires.
