The Occupational Safety and Occupational Health Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 2023 (“Amendments Ordinance”) took effect from 28 April 2023. The Labour Department hereby attaches a letter and pamphlet in Chinese and English, introducing the major amendments of the Amendments Ordinance for reference.
